Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
Grated Cucumber - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
To Grind:
Grated coconut - 4-5 tbsp
Green chilli - 1
Ginger - a small piece
Curry leaves - 4-5
Seasoning:
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 4-5
Red chilli (broken) - 1
Method:
Grind coconut, green chilli and ginger adding little water.
In serving bowl mix cucumber, ground coconut mixture and yogurt along with salt.
Heat oil in a seasoning wok. Add urad dal and red chilli. When urad dal turns brown add mustard. When it splutters add curry leaves.
Pour this garnish to the pachchadi.
Serve along with any rice based dish.
